TRAILED ATOMIZER
The mounted Atomizer with tower and axial impeller and rear suction is a high-quality, versatile, and powerful machine. We conducted an in-depth fluid dynamics analysis, utilizing computer simulations and physical tests on the samples, to apply our 150 years of experience in constructing this new machine.
The tower has incorporated an innovative channelling system and qualitative conservation of the power and volume of the air flow for the upper part, thus allowing perfect spraying even in the higher parts of the orchards.
The double brass nozzle-holders, equipped with an anti-drip membrane and ATR jets, are positioned out of the flow, allowing for optimal air distribution. The two-speed multiplier, featuring customized multiplication ratios, combined with the special axial impeller, requires less power, resulting in reduced fuel consumption while increasing performance.
The helical blades provide exceptional flow performance, low noise, and easy adjustment. Made of nylon-glass with an anti-bacterial compound, they aid in preventing the transmission of plant diseases.
The tank, constructed from compact and resistant polyethylene, is complemented by a suitably sized galvanized steel frame, resulting in a robust yet lightweight machine with an all-Italian style.
The basic machine comes well-equipped and can be enhanced with various accessories and options to further enhance performance and incorporate technological advancements, based on customer requests.

Atomizzatore con telaio in profilato d’acciaio Zincato a Caldo con attacco regolabile in tre posizioni. Il serbatoio in polietilene a svuotamento totale con livello del liquido visibile dal posto di guida. Il sistema si compone da serbatoio lava circuito, serbatoio lava mani e pompa a membrane COMET . Il gruppo ventola in acciaio zincato si compone di otto pale in diverse misure: Ø 600 , 700 e 800 mm, equipaggiato con moltiplicatore a bagno d’olio ad ingranaggi. Le aste porta getti sono in acciaio inox con getti in ottone doppi orientabili e filtro in aspirazione.
