The mounted Atomizer with an axial impeller and front suction is a high-quality, versatile, and powerful machine. We conducted an in-depth fluid dynamics analysis, utilizing computer simulations and physical tests on the samples, to apply our 150 years of experience in constructing this new machine. The double brass nozzle-holders, equipped with an anti-drip membrane and ATR jets, are positioned out of the flow, allowing for optimal air distribution. The two-speed multiplier, featuring customized multiplication ratios, combined with the special axial impeller, requires less power, resulting in reduced fuel consumption while increasing performance. The helical blades provide exceptional flow performance, low noise, and easy adjustment. Made of nylon-glass with an anti-bacterial compound, they aid in preventing the transmission of plant diseases. The tank, constructed from compact and resistant polyethylene, is complemented by a suitably sized galvanized steel frame, resulting in a robust yet lightweight machine with an all-Italian style. The three-point hitch was specifically designed for Cat 1/2 tractors, facilitating quick equipment changes for the user. The basic machine comes well-equipped and can be enhanced with various accessories and options to further enhance performance and incorporate technological advancements, based on customer requests. The atomizer is suitable for use in orchards, vineyards, and olive groves.
