APS 96 is the Comet high-pressure diaphragm pump with four-diaphragm configuration, an evolution of the APS series that takes flow rate and delivery smoothness to a higher level compared to the APS 71 model. Dal Degan uses it in the larger atomizers in its range, where the 88 L/min flow rate allows for serving multiple nozzles simultaneously and managing treatments on large areas at high travel speeds.
The four-diaphragm configuration offers the maximum delivery smoothness available in the medium-sized APS series, with residual pulsations reduced to a minimum and work distribution over four pistons instead of three — a solution that significantly extends the service life of the diaphragms for the same overall workload. Diaphragms are NBR as standard (Desmopan® and Viton on request), with anodized aluminum contact parts and stainless steel valves that can be inspected on the delivery side.
The pump is equipped as standard with a pressure accumulator and safety valve. The PTO protection is available on request.
