This privacy policy describes how the personal data of users who visit the website (hereinafter “Site”) and use the services offered is processed.

Browsing Data
During navigation of the Site, technical data is collected such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, interactions and other technical data necessary for the operation of web services.
This data is processed through Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager, in pseudonymized form, to analyze the use of the Site and improve its content and performance.

Data Provided by the User
Through contact forms and newsletter subscription forms, users may provide personal data such as name, surname, email address, message content and other information entered voluntarily.

Cookies and Tracking Tools
The Site uses technical cookies and, subject to user consent, statistical analysis cookies via Google Analytics 4.
These tools are activated only after consent is given through the cookie banner.

3 – Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To enable navigation and proper functioning of the Site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller.
  • To respond to requests submitted via contact forms. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the user’s request.
  • To send informational communications and newsletters. Legal basis: user consent.
  • To analyze the use of the Site via Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: user consent given through the cookie banner.

4 – Data Recipients

Data may be processed by:

  • authorized internal personnel
  • technical service providers acting as data processors, including:
    • Serverplan for website hosting
    • Google Ireland Ltd for analytics services
    • Intuit Inc (Mailchimp) for newsletter management

5 – Data Transfer Outside the European Union

Data is processed using IT and telecommunications tools, adopting appropriate security measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss or unlawful use.

Contact data is retained for the time necessary to handle requests.
Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Statistical browsing data is retained according to the timeframes established by Google Analytics.

7 – User Rights

Users, as data subjects (i.e., individuals to whom the data refers), hold rights conferred by the GDPR. In particular, pursuant to Articles 12-23 of the GDPR, users have the right to:

  • access their data
  • request rectification or erasure
  • restrict or object to processing
  • request data portability
  • withdraw consent at any time
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority

8 – Artificial Intelligence

Notice on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools (pursuant to Law No. 132 of September 23, 2025).

hereby informs that:

  • during the performance of our activities, Artificial Intelligence tools may be used, when deemed appropriate, to support operational activities;
  • such tools will be employed in full compliance with applicable regulations, particularly Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR), ensuring the protection of personal data and confidentiality;
  • Artificial Intelligence will be used exclusively as technical support and will in no way replace human professional judgment;
  • by way of example, it may be employed for research, preliminary analysis, technical processing, summaries and preparation of drafts;
  • all content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems will always be verified, validated and approved by a professional before delivery or use.
