APS 71 is the Comet high-pressure diaphragm pump that brings the APS series to a pressure level of 50 bar, the threshold identifying professional-grade atomizer pumps. Dal Degan uses it in atomizers and spraying units intended for medium and large crops, where the higher operating pressure allows for fine nebulization, greater range, and uniform coverage of dense foliage.
The three-diaphragm NBR configuration (Desmopan® and Viton on request) and the anodized aluminum contact parts are the construction standard of the APS series. The pump is equipped as standard with a pressure accumulator (which cushions flow pulsations ensuring constant delivery) and safety valve (which discharges overpressure in case of a regulation system anomaly). The P.T.O. protection is available on request.
The valves are made of stainless steel with a spherical sector profile, a technical choice that reduces resistance to liquid passage and improves volumetric efficiency. All valves are arranged on the delivery side and can be quickly inspected, simplifying routine maintenance.
